Onsite Staff Augmentation
The most effective method that Logix3 has found to support an account is through an onsite service representative. We have found that the inclusion of one of our staff members in your environment dramatically decreases the number of support or service challenges that may arise. The level of customer satisfaction is significantly higher in account with an onsite support member. This we attribute to the capability for our customers to get “instant gratification” from the personal 1-1 contact.
In most typical BPO implementations, site staff augmentation is reserved for only the largest accounts. Logix3’s commitment to customer satisfaction allows us to offer site staff augmentation at pass through rates. This ensures that even small accounts can have the benefit of a personal representative available to them within their office.
Mutual support and team building with a site staff member dramatically increases productivity, duration of account and reduces implementation timelines. Having a Logix3 site staff member also provides you with the capability to adjust reporting and communication in a timely manner. This allows you to keep up with corporate initiatives, project or program changes or other activities which may affect the requirements of the BPO initiative.
