Simplicity of Process
With over 25 years of managing and developing corporate brand products, the Logix3 leadership team has intimate knowledge of the complexities involved in the development and approval of CPG packaging.
It became evident during the creation of Logix3’s first packaging application, the Packaging Artwork Collaboration system, that the current “best practices” used for packaging development had become overly complicated and not kept up with improvements in business processes or technology. The design of the PAC system became a tipping point for the re-engineering of the packaging design & conceptualization process.
Addressing each process step with the following questions helps to eliminate unnecessary or redundant steps in the packaging workflow execution chain.
· Why Is This Done
· Who Is Responsible
· What Are the Tangible Benefits
· Can I Track/Quantify the Value of This Action
Each time Logix3 identified a step in the packaging workflow which did not provide a clear value, it was investigated. By the end of the PAC system design, Logix3 had developed a highly effective and streamlined workflow process for developing CPG packaging that could be easily implemented through various industry channels.
With each new customer or service, Logix3 uses the same methodology to determine the true “value path” , resulting in a simpler and more efficient process model.
